The original Coalesce Bookstore opened in 1973, near where The Blue Sail Inn now stands on Harbor Boulevard. Janet & Linna were intent on founding a bookstore that would also be a community center, a place where all would be welcome, frequent events and happenings would be hosted, and wonderful books, gifts and music would be available. We thank our customers and supporters, acknowledging that what we do would not be possible were it not for each of you.

We're proud and happy to share them with you. We will provide you with a supportive atmosphere and assist you with your needs at this special time.

For online/email/phone orders, contact-less local delivery is possible for Morro Bay, Cayucos, or Los Osos. We can leave the bag by your door. Or arrangements can be made for curbside pickup. Shipping is available as well. And last, but not nearly least, you can stop in the store and pickup during store hours.
