What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid full service charges. For weddings, 14-day notice is required for deposit refunds. No-shows incur full fees plus 20% gratuity.
Are children allowed in the salon?

Sharon was amazing. She suggested cutting my hair "dry" not wetting it down, it was exactly what I've been missing in all my other haircuts. I got to see exactly what my hair would look like without waiting for it to dry. Highly recommended.

Had my makeup and hair done for a wedding. It was a very organized and efficient process - the atmosphere was light and relaxing; not stuffy at all!! Jess did my makeup (she is super adorable and did a great job), and Lindsey did my hair. She is fun and did a fantastic job as well.

So; I previously got a haircut at a different salon.. I was going to the long bob (shorter in back; longer in front). It was cut that way from other place... but definitely without the dedication of work my hair needed. Overall I was not as happy as I was

I had my make up & hair done here for a friends wedding in Newport, make up was done by Siobhan & hair was done by Keeley. They both make me feel & look like a movie star Both were great at what they do & so patient. They listen to what you want in a look & style it & make it happen. I recommend both of them & this place if you need make up & hair done for a wedding in town.

I got a wash and cut today by Keeley, and it was a 10/10 experience!!! Usually at salons they do amazing with womens hair, but Keeley has high level barber shop quality skills with clippers. I would HIGHLY recommend Keeley to anyone getting a haircut!
