Primarily the facility serves Pre High School children up to College and their families from all over the Los Angeles area. JEM is a resource model for Jewish education nationally and internationally. Additionally, JEM provides a setting for non-Jewish children to gain a positive perspective and awareness of the Jewish heritage, fostering tolerance and understanding.

This 2021 Hanukkah event and Menorah Lighting will be a Chanukah party to Remember for the entire Los Angeles Community. Chanukah is the Jewish eight-day, wintertime "festival of lights, " celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting, special prayers and fried foods. The Hebrew word Chanukah means "dedication, " and is thus named because it celebrates the rededication of the Holy Temple (as you'll read below).

We're very proud of each and every person that shares this league with us and believe it to be a foundation for many great things to come.

The JEM Community Center gives chlidren of all backgrounds sports to keep them busy in a positive safe environment. We offer Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Karate, Swimming Lessons, Adult Lap Swim, Water Aerobics and more! Since then, in the Southern California region, we've had more than 5000 students, over 250 black belts, and more than 400 US National Champions and dozens of International Champions.
Hebrew School

At the JEM Hebrew School, Jewish History & Traditions are brought to life in a very fun & exciting way! Each lesson is presented with "Hands-on" activities, specifically highlighting the lesson and moral values to be applied in the students' day to day lives. Students learn to love their Jewish Heritage and Identity, preparing them as the leaders of tomorrow and role models amongst their friends.
