Services
All-on-4
Report
The All-on-4 dental implant technique is specifically designed to use only four implants that are available for immediate function. All-on-4 dental implants do not typically require bone grafting, so they are an ideal solution for patients with areas of low bone density or volume. Before the procedure All-on-4 begins, you will be comfortably numbed so that you will feel no pain or discomfort during the procedure.
Implant Supported Dentures
Report
For most people, traditional dentures can be a real pain. They rub against the gums all day and slip and click when you talk and eat, despite using the recommended adhesives. Ordinary dentures also increase the risk of bone deterioration. Implant supported dentures, or dentures supported by implants, work differently.
Dentures
Report
Dentures are replacements for missing teeth that can be taken out and put back into your mouth. While dentures take some getting used to, and will never feel exactly the same as one's natural teeth, today's dentures are natural looking and more comfortable than ever. There are two main types of dentures: full and partial.
Dental Implants vs. Dentures
Report
Both dental implants in Houston, TX and traditional dentures are used to replace missing teeth, but they are built and function in completely different ways. Crowns are the visible components of the treatment, which look, feel and function just like real teeth. They are attached to the abutments. Abutments are the connecting components of dental implants.
Bone Grafting
Report
Bone loss in the jawbone is common when one or more teeth have been lost due to injury, decay, or trauma. Without the tooth in place to stimulate the jawbone, the bone around the missing tooth will begin to deteriorate. Over time, the jawbone may deteriorate to such an extent that there may not be enough bone to place dental implants.
