Excellent company, professional employee's. Roy (the owner) is awesome, very low key, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, NON-pressure sales. Leah, office manager, is prompt, curteous and friendly. I had Priority One install a mini ductless split a/c system in my garage.
Had a Home Warranty which (far too slowly at 115 degrees) sent out two different A/C repair companies to our home in the desert - neither who seemed that honest or professional.Both said the only fix was a new $4,500 unit of which the Home Warranty would only cover $1,500! After days without A/C, I gave up on the Home Warranty and started calling A/C people on my own.
