Kari has done an awesome job here along with the staff she has brought on. From the beginning until the end of the transaction the staff at Capitol Trophies were FANTASTIC! This is my first year coaching K-2 Flag Football and I am so glad I chose Capitol Trophies to have our backs with Medals for the kids! They came through like no other I will never use anyone else. The second part of my review is about Empathy. I totally messed up at the end and forgot to pick up the order of medals come Friday evening and they are closed weekends. I freaked out and thought it was over. I attempted one last move

This was my first order; and it will not be my last. I was so impressed with Kari and the service she provided. She not only took what I wrote; she went well beyond in creativity by researching our organization's logo, adding that for consideration. In short, she provided extra and creative service which was superior to what was initially proposed, giving us extra options. Well done!
