We are a small awards and engraving shop in Salem, Oregon - right in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Salem's most trusted awards and engraving shop was founded in 1993 by Jodell Bayan and is now owned and managed by a Salem-born native and resident Kari Wiens. Kari worked under Jodell at the Salem shop for nine years prior to purchasing the business in 2018.

REPEAT ORDERS: If you've ordered from us before and want the same thing again, use our repeat order form. PANEL PLATE (PHENOLIC LABEL) ORDERS: For electricians and contractors, place your order here. You will receive an order acknowledgment from our Salem shop via email once your order has been processed.

Purchase orders (POs) are company requisition forms for tracking company expenditures. If your company uses a purchase order system, it is your responsibility to create the requisition before you place an order. Usually, this involves requesting a formal quote from us and a purchase order from your company for said amount.
Shipping Time-Frames

Shipping times vary depending upon the carrier we utilize. Most of our shipments go out using UPS Ground. The following shipping map is an estimation based upon UPS Ground Shipping. In some cases, we may utilize other carriers such as FedEX or United States Postal Service, depending upon the least expensive method of shipping.
Artwork File Formats
Report
Logo artwork used for laser engraving into various products must be in an acceptable format to ensure good quality results in the laser engraved image. The process used for laser engraving is different than the process used for printing on your printer. An image that looks good on a printer may not engrave well on a product.
