We offer three distinct rooms: Jail Break (prison mystery), Funhouse (carnival horror), and Dracula's Castle (vampire lore), each with unique puzzles and intensity levels.
What group sizes do you accommodate?
Rooms seat 4-8 players. Larger groups can book multiple rooms or contact us for special arrangements. Minimum booking requires 4 participants per room.
Are the rooms accessible for anxious participants?
Emergency exits are available in all rooms. Difficulty levels vary, and staff can advise on appropriate choices for different comfort levels.
Do you offer team-building packages for businesses?
Yes, we provide corporate team-building experiences focusing on communication and problem-solving. Custom packages available for groups of all sizes with tailored objectives.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled within 24 hours receive a rescheduling option instead of refund. Inclement weather also qualifies for rescheduling. No-shows forfeit payment.
Can we replay rooms we've already completed?
Returning players can replay rooms with full disclosure to their group. Repeat attempts don't qualify for Hall of Fame recognition but offer continued challenge opportunities.

Highly recommend! Intense Escape did not disappoint! Will went out of his way to make sure our group (including kids ranging from age 7 to 12) had a great time. We will definitely come back. Such a fun and unique experience!! Thank you!!

Our group had a great time! We ended up doing 2 of the 3 rooms (Last Hour and Blackbeard's Treasure) and loved both of them! The rooms were set up great and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend and if you are looking for a challenging room, try out Last Hour!

Went in January 4th for my sons birthday. We did Blackbeards Treasure. Overall it was an excellent experience. The room is decorated very well to give you the experience of being in a ship. It was an awesome game that I would definitely recommend, especially for people new to escape rooms. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. This is the second time my family has been to Intense Escape and I would recommend it over any of the escape rooms in SWVA/NET & over any of the ones weve been to on vacation. Will definitely be back.

My family loves escape rooms and weve done so many at this point that they kind of run together. However, Intense Escape stands above the rest and is easily the best escape room in the Tri-Cities. The production values are high, you use everything in the room, which is awesome because one of my pet peeves is wasted junk in the room, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They ensured our party had an incredible experience. We will definitely back to try the other two rooms ASAP!
