Sunday Morning Meditation is now in-person at the Nagaloka Buddhist Center from 8:30-10AM. The first hour of our practice is in the shrine room starting with saluting the shrine, followed by reciting the refuges and precepts. Matt Holden and Tom Handel take turns leading the meditation. After the refuges and precepts, Matt or Tom give.
We will be meeting online by Zoom on Wednesday evenings, 6:45-8:00pm if you would to join us. We value Sangha (spiritual community) and feel it is important for us to have the opportunity to be together. We will use this time to meditation along with a short check in to see how we can best.

Meditation is a state of increased awareness, helps to develop positive emotions and raises our level of being. Beginners to meditation may experience a warm, expansive heart along with less mental chatter.
