During your first visit to Serenity Psychological Services and Consulting LLC you will be provided with a diagnostic interview to help determine your goals for therapy in a supportive and relaxing atmosphere.

We provide psychological evaluations for a variety of needs. Whether you are wanting an evaluation to help determine your diagnosis to aid treatment or you need an evaluation for other purposes we will work with you in a caring, compassionate, and confidential manner. Completing a psychological evaluation can be a great way to help determine treatment goals for therapy or psychiatric medication services.
Fees & Insurance

We want to work with you to make any services you receive affordable. Payment for services is expected at the time the service is provided and we will work with you to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are continuously working to become a provider for insurance panels in the state of Kansas, so please contact us if you have questions about receiving services.

If you are just starting services at Serenity Psychological Services and Consulting LLC you may complete the forms below prior to your appointment to reduce paperwork time during your visit. You will need to complete either the adult or youth intake packet. You may or may not want to complete an authorization to request or release information depending on your circumstances, and we will discuss this at your first appointment.
