Dr. Spears was great, unfortunately the assistants/office staff are rude, foul, unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. When I told the office manager Pat how I felt rather than maintaining professionalism she defensively raised her voice stating that she would cancel my upcoming recheck appt and then hung up on me. When I called back in shock needing clarification they hung up again. The staff assistants refused to acknowledge and respect my medical condition/accommodations therefore I feel discriminated and would highly not recommend this practice. Doctor Kerker is the most compassionate eye doctor I have ever met. I woke up with my eye swollen on July 4th, called the ER number and Dr. Kerker got right back to me. He asked me to send him a picture and quickly prescribed something right away. He is a gem. You will not be disappointed. I have been using him for 30 years.

Been a Patient for years I had a serious problem with my right eye I called up for an appointment and they wouldn't let me just come in and see the doctor. I will never go back. The doctor was great. Staff very bad!!!!

I love Dr. Kerker and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Paul is always so helpful when I bend my glasses. He is the best!!! I would highly recommend them to everybody. Nice office too.
