Hired Chicago Game and Go for my son's 7th Birthday! Very Satisfied with the overall experience! Had a fairly large group of children ranging in age from 5-14, and they all had a fantastic time. Chicago winter did not make the day easy, snowy rain cold conditions, however, none of the children noticed, they were warm and comfortable. There were three coaches that were all attentive and friendly. All of my guests were impressed with the experience. I would absolutely recommend and use again in the future...

I'm giving Chicago Game and Go 1 star because of the way they handled my booking. On the 20th of May, 2019 I received a call from the game company that they have a community event booked for the same day over lapping my time slot which was 3pm -5pm. This lady who called offered me 2 options: 1, schedule
