What age groups are appropriate for your escape rooms?
Most rooms accommodate ages 16+, with Down the Rabbit Hole suitable for ages 5-99. Parental discretion advised for younger children in themed environments.
Can we book a private session?
All bookings are private - strangers cannot join your game. Reserve entire rooms for exclusive use by your group during scheduled time slots.
Are there physical requirements for the games?
Most rooms require crawling or physical movement. Extreme physical challenges apply to The Vampyr and Down the Rabbit Hole. Contact us for accessibility details.
What happens if we arrive late?
Show up 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. Late arrivals may forfeit game time as sessions end promptly to accommodate subsequent bookings.
Do you offer group discounts?
Groups of three or more receive discounted pricing at $36.99 per ticket. Larger groups can book multiple rooms simultaneously for team-building events.
Can we reschedule our booking?
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled game time.

We had an appointment Sunday for Down the Rabbit Hole since loving the first room so much last month we wanted to come back again. We showed up about 10 minutes prior one lady staff member came in and walked by us, another gentleman came in and spoke to people who came in after us, another gentleman came in and asked if we had been helped yet I replied no we had been here a bit at this time even after our start time, and then another guy came in and said our room was being prepared. Our lady then came out to get us and our time started... I feel that we didn't get the amount of time in the room

What a great evening of clean fun & bonding within our group. Mitzi was AWESOME from the beginning to the end! I have already began planning a trip back next monthpraying shes our lady then too. If you havent been to The Final Door, you will not be disappointed. Plan to have a blast!

We had another great time at the Final Door escaping Down The Rabbit Hole with our game master, Drake. Drake was very helpful when we had gotten stuck on how to proceed with the next steps of the game. This room was super fun with all its climbing and sliding! Would definitely come again to try another room!

This was my third time going! This time is was Down the Rabbit hole. It was cute and fun! If you like crawling and such this is the one for you. The rooms were beautifully detailed and creative. I would highly recommend. We plan to bring the kids for the Grinch before it leaves!
