Stopped in to look at and inquire about coal stoves, very rushed, threw a few pamphlets at us and moved on to help someone else. Was not at all interested in selling us anything or answering any questions we had regarding products. Far too busy to make a sale If you are looking for good customer service dont stop here. you will just bother them

Customer service is lacking. The older gentleman I spoke with on the phone was quite rude and got loud with me when I didnt know the exact model of the fireplace insert. Several weeks later when the service repairman came out, he in fact did repair the fireplace and has worked great since. What I found odd was when I went to write the check for J&O fireplace he informed me that would not work and had me re-write another check made out to him( the repairman). I thought that was odd but against better judgment signed it. Will not be calling this company for any services now or in the future

Long story short -if you want someone that knows what their doing and won't waste your time go here. The other reviews make me laugh. Joe is very to the point so don't take it so personal when he tells you your doing something wrong.

I purchased a beautiful fireplace from this company a year-and-a-half ago, unfortunately my dog found the remote and destroyed it. when I called about getting replacement the gentleman the answer the phone was very rude, interrupting wouldn't even let me explain. I definitely will never go back. Poor customer service.
