Parts has always been helpful when visiting and when buying smaller stuff Ike chainsaw etc. Called for sales three times total. Once to buy a excavator the other to order a flail mower the other inquiring again about both items. One call i was prompted to an answering machine after talking to someone and the other two was told I would be called back after he checked the lot. The next call was told I would be contacted after he contacted bauma the manufacturer of the implement for ordering details. After weeks of waiting I just called ag-pro and bought and ordered both the day of inquiry.

After some searching over the internet Chattanooga tractor had the most competitive price I could find in the state of Tennessee. We worked with Kevin over the phone on establishing both tractors we were interested were in stock were provided with a quote from there. The process was a breeze and was great chatting with the group of guys they had working at the shop. They were very informative and gave me a run down on all the bells and whistles on the tractor along with Service intervals. I look forward to doing business with them again! Thank you !

I've been dealing with Chattanooga Tractor and Equipment for about 5 years now and will have to say I have always received great service from parts department and service department. I would recommend anyone who is needing parts or service or to buy a new piece of equipment to go out and check them out the staff is friendly and courteous to ther customers

Had a fuel line crack on a 5610 Ford. I called and the part was ordered and at their shop in two days. I live about 2 hours away and could not get there by closing Saturday, ( didn't want to wait for it to be shipped to me). They placed the part in an after hours pick up place and I got my part no problem. It was the correct part with all the fittings and o rings. I was very happy and the tractor is now running just like before. I have both a Ford NH and a Massey, so will probably be calling them again. This was my first experience with Chattanooga Tractor.

Great service, just stopped to pick up stuff to change oil. The first 50 hour change. Lady was very helpful, friendly an knowledgeable on what was needed to get the job done. Will diffently b going back. Even though its a 2 hour drive from us !!
