Our mission is to provide mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on women's issues. We offer psychiatric consultations, psychotherapy, and medication management services. The latter is reserved as a last resort and only in cases where the use of medication is indicated.

We aim to make our clients feel validated and supported through the use of empathy, open-mindedness, and a little bit of humor, which we have found inspires the most improvement. In my experience, people of all ages come for treatment seeking guidance and support. It is my duty and pleasure to ensure that everyone who enters my office feels welcomed, listened to, and validated in their feelings. While working with you, I will assess whether or not medication is necessary to aid in your progress and if it is, I will work with you to find the one that is right for you and your symptoms.

An initial consultation is comprised of a full evaluation and assessment. For child and adolescent clients, this will include a parent/family interview. I use diagnostic tools in the form of symptom scales and screening questionnaires to assist in obtaining a detailed and thorough assessment of each and every client.

Upon completion, I will review the form and make every effort to get in touch with you within 24 hours (1 business day) to discuss your request for treatment and how I might be able to help. After our initial discussion, I will ask you to read and complete the initial paperwork that explains the policies of my practice.
