The Reno-Tahoe Equestrian Centre (RTEC) is a full-service Riding Academy and nationally renowned Arabian Horse training facility that combines a competitive edge with an academic learning environment, in order to bring out the best in all of its riders.

Disciplines are the various types of riding and instruction. RTEC is a unique facility where the diversity of talent is so deep: Nowhere can you find so many instructors with so many accomplishments and skills. We have several national champion trainers and nationally-accredited judges in our talent pool.

Deborah Johnson has spent her entire life dedicated to Arabian horses and riding. She has a deep care and concern for the well-being of the horses as well as an unending supply of energy to get it all done. Deborah's horses and riders compete very successfully at all levels in the Arabian industry.

Please be advised that Body Mass Index (BMI) limitations are in place for clients of RTEC. Weight restrictions are not meant to cause discomfort or embarrassment, but to ensure the safety of riders and maintain the health and well-being of our horses. The maximum rider weight is 210 pounds, regardless of height.
