We scheduled a bouncy house for our daughter's birthday a few weeks ago and the process was easy. Looking at the expected weather this weekend, we sadly called to cancel yesterday. We received a call today to acknowledge the cancellation and a full refund. We hate to cancel, but that's exactly the kind of service that will make us comfortable scheduling in future. Would not recommend this company. I was scheduled for delivery on Friday from 10-5. I called the week prior to check and make sure everything was okay with the order (I paid upfront at the time of booking). I received a confirmation text two days before my delivery window to confirm. At 4:30 on the day of delivery, since I had not seen or heard from anyone, I checked my email. This company had cancelled my order with an email only, no phone call on the day of and just minutes prior to my delivery window closing. I immediately panicked and called the company. We rented the Giant Water Slide. The slide itself was perfect for our girls' birthday party. All the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. As far as the company goes, the prices are reasonable, the people are easy to work with and the set up, take down was smooth. Definitely will be calling them back if the need for a bouncy house arises.

Laugh n Leap was great. We booked the Mechanical Bull on both Friday and Monday and they were very flexible with our schedule on the drop off and pick up. We used it for a bachelorette party and a High School Senior day. Everyone had a blast!

It was so easy to work with Laugh n Leap! I rented out their chairs, they were so simple and classy, perfect for my event. And very comfortable. Their tables were nice as well. Very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommend it!!
