I have NEVER had a good experience here. The office staff is terrible!!!! Worst office, in its entirety! I have posted before as to an issue I had in the past about being lied to and today yet again they prove their worthlessness. Do NOT go here. It use to be a decent to good office but apparently they have gotten too big for then to handle. If you want genuine and quality care DO NOT GO here, find someone else. There is a reason their rating is so low.

When are we going to get over this not allowing one extra person in with your patient. Really sad and aggravating that I spouse has to hear secondhand what possibly could be wrong. And possibly not get full accurate information because they're not sure how to explain it as well as your doctors. I understand the concerns of and that you're trying your best to keep everyone safe but if we're all wearing masks and keeping hands to our self then what's the issue. Also the manner in which your office personnel speak to people is quite unprofessional and rude.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. All previous appointments have went good until they ordered an MRI on my back, which found something. The doctor nor NP did not call me with my results. They stated they could not help me due to the fact that they have been billing as an urgent care client and that it took time to become a patient with this facility. The whole point of me coming to this clinic was to get help and have a primary care doctor, which did not happen. Do not waste your time with this clinic. Also, the front desk staff is very rude.

Do not go here!!!! I only seen Dr. Barnes a couple of times. No problems at all. He put me on some medication. About 3 weeks ago I developed a pain in my knee. I received a call from his office that they were pushing my appointment out. I told the guy I really need to see him cause I have a pain in my knee and he said I would have to wait till my appointment and they pushed my appointment out to see the doctor. I went in for labs and Becky at the front desk said they were refusing to do my labs because of a bill I didnt know about. I told her no one told me I had anything due and I didnt

This has been the worst doctoring experience Ive ever had. I was trying to establish being a new patient. They force you to come back for a second visit for that, first of all. Second, after explaining my needs and symptoms that I had problems with, I had to call back four times to get the correct medication called in, AND I still do not have the inhaler that they were giving to get changed for me. Messages do not get answered or sent back correctly between his staff, or something, and although I have only been there physically twice, Ive never seen the actual doctor, which is fine; however

Dr Barnes is extremely arrogant and prideful. You get the feeling he loves the control he has over you to treat you how he pleases. Terrible doctor.
