We also specialize in servicing rental properties and work closely with property management companies to meet their waste removal needs. Duties include: residential trash pickup and load into truck, trash dumping at landfill site. Hours/week: estimated at 10-25 (seasonally variable), will increase as the business expands. Be able to lift 50 pounds (content or partial content of bagged, 95 gal max trash containers). Smart phone for schedule/route download, texting to office, other communication devices, as needed, will be provided.
