This shop deserves a 10 star rating. Live in Downey,CA called this shop at 2:50pm to place an order for the passing anniversary of sweet Anthony Ávalos his family was holding an event for him at his memorial tree on Challenger Way the event started at 3pm they had the flowers there by 5:30pm and they where absolutely beautiful thank you so much!! If you live in Lancaster I definitely recommend this flower shop

Great place to order flowers from. Very professional and pleasant. I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day to be delivered and they were delivered within the time frame expected. Their online ordering process is easy. Their arrangements are beautiful and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very rude !!! Unprofessional!! And most of all they are scammers !!! They tell you a price starting then tell you an extra 20$ more after they start my flower arrangement To start I came inn with my own vase and a dozen of my own red roses red and yellow that I purchased at Vones ... I came inn asking how much just to fill inn the vase because I couldn't find any flowers and I only had the vase and one dozen of my roses she said 110$ then I told her that's too much it's fine I'll go somewhere else then she said 100$ so I said okay that's fine so as I'm picking the

I got a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my birthday on Wednesday, May 6... By Friday, May 8 the roses that were in the vase started to wilt and by Saturday, May 9, they were completely dead. I called the shop who then blamed me for not caring for them properly for them properly which caused them to die in three days. She also proceeded to say that everybody should know how to properly care for roses. She was not only rude to me but my mom called too and she was also rude to her! I'm NOT ok with that. Definitely don't recommend this place. Find a florist who is not rude to you!

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend who works at Kaiser. Needed same day and before 3pm. I didn't order until well after 11am but flowers were delivered at 2:40 PM. I even got a text from delivery driver to say flowers were delivered! Girlfriend was over the moon. Said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and sent me a picture of them. They looked way better than I thought they would as I never expect them to look as good as the photos you see on the website. These flowers looked even better than the ones on the website.

Family owned. The most caring people. Thank you all for all you did to help me. Jose is a good hearted family man who not only works hard at getting great arrangements delivered but as a team with Maria makes amazing arrangements that actually look like what you order online. I was blessed with multiple blessings from this family. I used to work for this shop delivering flowers. Let me tell you they do not cut corners to be cheap and save cost. They deliver what the customer ordered if not better then it looks online. They go over and beyond to make and deliver great arraignments. Highly recommend

I wish I could say good morning but I'm very disappointed of the "GONZALES flower shop it was my first time ordering flowers for my fiancé was her 50th birthday yesterday. I order her flowers prior And they never deliver them to her work I was so disappointed. According to them they cannot find the address she works at

Gonzalez Flowers is a winner! The flower arrangement I ordered wowed everyone. Not only was it artistic and beautiful and all the flowers were fresh and expertly placed. I am a customer as of today, and I would like to add that the floral arrangement that I had shipped out to my wife for her birthday she loved it, it was outstanding they even added a few more flowers. the guy Name is Jose he went over the top with customer service.
