We live on a 30 acre gorgeous farm in Southern Iowa. All of our dogs and puppies are raised in newly built facilities equipped with air conditioning, heating, fresh clean water, soft clean dog beds, fun toys, a play area with a pool, special doggy treats, shade, sun-shine, and even some good music!

Please understand I need this filled out before you will be able to purchase or come visit. Sorry if you feel we are being too personal, but we like to screen our potential customers so we know what kind of environment our fur-babies will be going to! Please read all contracts on website regarding our policy we may need to ask you further questions if we deem necessary.
Picking the Perfect Breed

Our F1 & F1b cockapoos are typically wavy/curly coated smaller in size. They range from 12-25lbs depending on the breeding pair. They are a great family dog and absolutely love kids. They are good inside family pets and do great with other dogs. We specialize in all colors of Cockapoos. We raise American Cocker Spaniels, all of our Cocker Spaniels are registered AKC.

This does go towards the final price of your puppy. Final Payments are due in Cash or can use card but there will be a 3.5% processing fee for any card used at time of pick-up. There is a spay/neuter contract with every puppy. If caught breeding without permission and breaching contracts will result in court and up to a $10,000 fine.

Puppy Nutrition and Puppy Insurance is very important when starting with a new puppy. We give you trusted brands to help guide you on the right track. We recommend a NuVet Labs for your puppy and dogs vitamin needs. We use the NuVet Powder with our puppies and adults. You can order directly from the site and with code below.
Transportation & Pick-ups

For pick up puppies final payment is due on the day you pick your puppy up via cash. We can do square card machine if machine will work (technology can be difficult sometimes in the country). The card machine charges a fee for use. Pick Up: You may pickup at our home but please bring a carrier for your puppy as it is the safest place for him/her to be while you make the trip back home.
