NUCCA stands for National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association. The NUCCA system of spinal analysis and correction has over 50 years of research and development with the aid of computers and mechanical engineers have gone into perfecting the methods used by NUCCA Practitioners. Special attention is focused on the structure, function and biomechanics of the upper cervical spine.
First Appointment

Complete a brief questionnaire to help us get to know you. The doctor will use this information to make recommendations for your care. You can also download, print, and fill out this questionnaire now and bring it with you if you prefer. You'll meet the doctor who will review your health history and determine if yours is a chiropractic case.
Second Appointment
Report
Your first visit is complete. Plan to spend about 45-60 minutes on your next visit to receive the doctor's report of findings and chiropractic adjustment. We will then do another set of post X-rays after your first NUCCA adjustment. You will recieve your very first NUCCA adjustment. About 50% of people will immediately feel a difference.
Phase of Healing

The first stage of your care is relief. During this stage our goal is to get you out of pain and to break up the muscle memory that is holding your spine in the wrong position. During this phase of treatment you will generally see your doctor 2 times per week. You can expect to be completely or almost completely out of pain by the end of your relief phase.
