We make it easy for you to reach your goals. Shawnee Community College accepts all graduates of accredited high schools, as well as those who have earned their GED. Shawnee Community College maintains an open-door admissions policy for all potential students who have obtained a high school diploma or GED Certificate.

To provide a vehicle by which our voice will be heard through lobby in Springfield. To increase our numbers and become more politically active in protection of the retirement investment.
Facility Usage

Shawnee Community College makes its facilities available for use by individuals and community groups in the district whenever possible. The following policies are used in regulating the use of the College facilities. The Board of Trustees can at any time rescind the right of any group to use the facilities if the Board determines that it is in the best interest of the College to do so.
