John and Kristie renovated an army warehouse built in the 1940s for their production space and tap room. The building is located in Chaffee Crossing, a historic district preserving the history of Fort Chaffee, a former U.S. Army Training Center. The couple used as much reclaimed material as possible in their renovation of the space to keep the history alive and build a sustainable winery.

All of our wines are made right here in Fort Smith, in our historic warehouse at Chaffee Crossing. We ship our grape juice from vineyards all over the world, including California, Washington, Italy, and Chile. Each bottle is crafted by hand, tested for quality, and appropriately aged before being poured into your glass.

We don't get grapes; we buy juice. As to where we get the juice, that depends on the type of wine we're making with it and the flavor profiles we're going for. Some regions are known for having exceptional chardonnay or merlot grapes, for example, so we buy those types of juices from those regions.
