Recommendations: One mL (1 mL indicated on the dropper) under the tongue daily (shake bottle before use and insure the patient retains Liposomal DIM/Chrysin under their tongue for at least 30 seconds. Liposomal DIM/Chrysin should be refrigerated after use and after opening should be discarded after 45 days.
