Why Highlander
Report
Love is the purest, simplest and most universal language. At Camp Highlander, we believe God has instilled in each one of us a desire to love and be loved. This is the motivation behind our mission - we love because God first loved us.
This is the very reason we exist; that every single person who passes through our gates will learn to truly love those around them, without hesitation or reservation, and will receive that same measure of love from everyone who calls this mountain home.Through this love, we seek to build boys and girls of courage, honesty, integrity and faith, and to help them become all that God intends them to be.

Testimonials
Report
She met so many friends, had new experiences, learned new skills, and went from not wanting to spend the night away to asking stay the entire summer in our camp letter home. Camp Highlander has been the best things for our kids. They have become more independent and more comfortable being in situations where they don't know anyone.
Girls' Camp
Report
Today, young girls battle the pressure and temptation to forfeit their true selves in order to conform to what their culture deems valuable. Camp Highlander strives to help young girls grow into strong young women who choose courage over conformity, who know right from wrong, and who value connecting and contributing to those around them.
Opening Day

Your daughter may look at you with a mixture of fear and excitement. What will they think of me? What if they don't like me? What if no one wants to play with me? Our world is creating a lot of confusion about who a girl should be in order to find acceptance. At Highlander, we believe in courage over conformity.
