How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Report
For safety's sake, please stop using your fireplace, wood stove, or gas stove 12 hours prior to our arrival. We need to work on an appliance that is completely cool. Make sure that there is reasonable access to the roof and a clear space for our ladders as well as a working outlet for our vacuum. During the winter, please shovel your walkway and/or driveway so that our technicians can safely move their ladders and other equipment.
