Snowbrook Village is located at the base of the Sugarloaf Ski and Golf resort. Maine's second highest peak, Sugarloaf offers New England's only lift-serviced above-treeline skiing and Maine's #1 golf course. Snowbrook, situated on approximately 30 acres, was constructed in six phases with the first phase completed in 1985 and the final phase completed in 1998.

Comprised of 216 privately owned condominiums within 18 buildings, each building houses 12 condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Snowbrook has a private indoor swimming pool facility, two tennis courts and a pond - where owners and guests can, depending on the season, enjoy fly fishing (catch & release) and ice skating.

Not worth the money. Not ski in ski out as advertised. Shuttle to the mountain is a few blocks away. Access to kiddie lift is a few blocks away. Twin beds put together hiding under the sheet of the big bed...not for adults 🙄. Pool house closed to renters!! Why bother advertising??

The roads in this condo association are terribly maintained. If you are looking at a property here you should consider how bad the winter maintenance of the roads are. Absolutely awful in the winter.
