The only bad thing is the pricing but I guess people gotta get paid. Overall great experience, might be back.

This Haunted House was worth the money and the wait. I am only giving it 3 out of 5 stars because of serious safety concerns. These actors are walking a very thin line between scary theatrical, and just outright physically violent. I read all of the information before attending and fully understood there would be touching, crawling, sliding, etc. Most of the actors touching was acceptable. For instance, they held you by the shoulders at arms distance. But at the very end when it was time to finally exit, an actor took both hands on my arms at my elbows, holding them down to my side keeping me unable

Brought my gf here for a first time haunted house experience in NYC. Waited here total of 1 hr and 10 mins. You cannot bring any bags inside, you need to check it outside. The actors did their best. But there were too many people at once. And its not scary because of people rushing at you and the all thing were finished in 12min for us.

My first time here for opening weekend was pretty cool. This is actually the first year that I've been attending these haunted events. I must say, they're really fun. This one is a full contact experience so the ghouls will be touching u. Nothing crazy though, mostly just nudges and guiding u through the maze for the most part. The actors were really good. This is a very interactive house. I'm not sure why anyone would quit before making it to the end though. Not that scary to waste the money, may as well go through with the whole thing. I felt it to be a bit short from start to end. I got an 8p
