Heading into our sixth year in operation, JB Appliance Solutions set out to provide a cost effective solution for appliance repair in the Nashville and Rocky Mount areas. We have quickly expanded our service area to cover a larger customer base into the Triangle. We are a family owned and operated company with one goal in mind, and that is to provide expert appliance repair at an affordable cost to our customers.

We service most brands of appliances including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Amana, Kenmore, and many others. We provide expert appliance service as well as preventative maintenance and installations. Our service call fee covers travel and diagnostics of your appliance issue as well as a detailed estimate for repair.

Our in home service team as well as our service center are able to handle any appliance repair from any manufacturer. We have experience with standard brands such as Whirlpool and GE to high end appliances such as Viking and Sub Zero. Our technicians are also EPA certified to diagnosis and repair sealed systems.
Pricing & Policies

Our Service/Diagnostic fee is $75, this includes diagnosis of issue and estimate for part(s) and labor required to bring appliance back to factory operation. We do not charge a per hour rate, we charge by the repair, or "book price", for repairs. Every repair is priced according to time and difficulty of repair as well as operating costs for the business.
