Services
Pelvic Organ Prolapse Treatment
Our comprehensive approach to pelvic organ prolapse includes both surgical and non-surgical options tailored to individual needs. We offer vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures like cystocele and rectocele repairs. Our specialists focus on restoring anatomical structure while preserving sexual function and urinary continence through techniques like uterosacral ligament suspension and sacrospinous fixation.
Urinary Incontinence Management
We provide evidence-based solutions for urinary incontinence ranging from conservative therapies to advanced surgical interventions. Treatment options include pelvic floor exercises, bladder retraining, medication management, and minimally invasive procedures like midurethral sling placement. Our approach emphasizes personalized care plans to address stress, urge, or mixed incontinence while improving patients' quality of life through comprehensive follow-up.
Interstitial Cystitis Treatment
Our multidisciplinary approach to interstitial cystitis combines dietary modifications, bladder instillations, and targeted therapies. We offer hydrodistension procedures and neuromodulation techniques while emphasizing patient education about trigger foods and symptom management strategies. Our specialists work closely with patients to develop long-term treatment plans that may include medication regimens and physical therapy to address chronic pelvic pain and urinary frequency.
Robotic-Assisted Surgery
We utilize da Vinci robotic technology for precise, minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. This approach enables complex surgeries like hysterectomies and sacral colpopexies with smaller incisions, reduced recovery times, and improved surgical outcomes. Our surgeons have extensive experience with robotic platforms to perform intricate pelvic reconstructive surgeries while maintaining optimal organ function and anatomical support.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy programs address pelvic floor dysfunction through targeted exercises and biofeedback techniques. Certified therapists work with patients to strengthen weakened muscles, alleviate pain, and improve bladder and bowel control. Treatment may include electrical stimulation, manual therapy, and home exercise programs designed to restore normal pelvic floor function and enhance overall pelvic health.

Double/triple booked patients, zero social distancing in waiting room it was so packed. Right off the bat I said I want a hysterectomy, CLEARLY and multiple times *hysterectomy*. Got a pelvic exam and was told they can't do a hysterectomy because of my insurance and they said I need a test, and they'll do a tubal and ablatian. The surgery scheduler said I could have gotten a hysterectomy if I had "good insurance." I'll be filing formal complaints Monday but I feel completely violated going through with a pelvic exam when they had no intention of helping me get what I need done.
