Early check-in was accepted, owner was nice guy. It was worth the price paid for.
Microwave was provided, it helped.

Really didn't know how I would like it since it was right next to the freeway and the are is a little sketchy. But no, I had a good stay. The beds were surprisingly good. It was comfortable and the bathrooms well kept. The staff was also very helpful. Definitely worth the price and nothing to worry about staying here. All around a good stay.

I booked a room through Priceline, via an "Express Deal", which means I was unable to choose the hotel directly. Once booked, I looked at the reviews and was horrified to see that there was (and still is) a bed bug outbreak. I contacted the hotel and asked to have my reservation canceled, as well as a refund. I was denied. Priceline was unhelpful as well. The idea that they are forcing people to sleep in bed bug-infested rooms is horrible. I filed a complaint with BBB and the LA County Public Health department.

Wonderful place to stay for couples, especially if you reserve the room with the spa tub! The room was nice and large as well. Beds were super comfortable too!

BED BUG ALERT! I woke up with bites EVERYWHERE. The staff was rude and didnt express any concern for the fact that they have an infestation. The setup was nice but definitely an illusion as to how dirty everything really is. Putting a microwave and fridge doesn't help mask the fact you guys have BED BUGS.
