I was introduced to Partners Communications sometime around 2007 as a fiber construction partner of DukeNet Communications. Throughout the remaining 10 years we worked closely with Partners on fiber construction as well as a host of other services as our demands increased and they could fill the void for support.
The relationship was mature enough that they were open to new challenges as well as turning away from opportunities outside of their core business which only lead to more trust in the organization. I have had the privilege of maintaining the relationship despite the challenges associated with mergers and acquisitions with Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications as our companies changed over the next few years without any setbacks.

Underground Construction
Report
PCSI utilizes the newest underground machinery with tried and true conventional processes in order to complete a wide array of underground projects. PCSI has been heavily involved in underground construction since its inception and our skill set continues to evolve to include the latest technologies.
Cell Tower Site Construction
Report
PCSI has a dedicated force that performs fiber construction and equipment installs on cell tower sites in the southeast region. We are certified with all major tower owners including but not limited to Crown Castle, American Towers and SBA Towers. PCSI takes the fiber conduit from ROW tie points, boring to the tower hand holes, and hand digging in the towers to the final demark.
Emergency Restoration

PCSI provides 24 hour, 7 day a week on-call services as well as emergency restoration. We provide these services for both aerial and underground construction. PCSI has provided emergency restoration services throughout numerous types of disasters ranging from a car taking down lines to hurricanes and tornadoes causing mass destruction.
Equipment Install and Testing
Report
PCSI employs technicians with the skills and equipment to complete projects ranging from single customer installs to large, multi-point, high speed fiber networks. Our highly-trained staff has the ability to setup and standardize equipment, perform tests as well as analyze and assess results in compliance with required customer specifications.
