As a family medicine practice, we provide quality health care for all ages to include teens and young adults. Teens and young adults need specialized medical care and a doctor with whom they can discuss anything, from normal body growth and development, illness, preventive care, sexual concerns and emotional problems.

Elite Primary Care accepts most major insurance plans including BCBS (all networks except "E" and BlueCare Plus), Cigna (except network Connect), Humana, Medicare, TN Medicaid, Aetna and United Healthcare. Dr. Pike is limited to the number of patients on his panel to ensure the best possible care. Therefore we have to limit new patients to our clinic.
