Edited to 4 star review: I received a call from Roei immediately after posting a 1 star review. I sent a few photos of our gate via text and was provided with an email quote. See the original review below.

We were scheduled for an in person quote 11ish days ago. The guy came out and verbally told us a dollar amount. We requested a written quote. If we are quoted several thousands of dollars we would like it in writing. Instead of taking our email address he gave us his card and told us to email him to get the quote. Really? Against my better judgement, I emailed him

Very prompt response for my quote request. Roei showed up in a couple of hours and provided timely diagnostics and a competitive quotation. The job was performed pretty much immediately. Installation has minimal interruptions to us and was done very professionally. After installation service is also efficient and satisfactory. Overall performance and service are great. Highly recommended to anyone who has automatic gate and garage door jobs.

Our gate situation was incredibly complicated. Roy and team were very patient and came out over and over even after rats ate thru my original new wires. Roy recommended a great new system and I have-not had any problems since. I would absolutely recommend them.

The motor on my gate door went out a while ago, I've collected some bids for a motor replacement. Roei had the gate operator in stock and got the old motor swapped in a single day. He took the extra mile for us and changed all the wiring and re welded the motor brackets.I like having pros not cutting corners and he was absolutely superb!The communication was great also! I was able to get everything I needed done! Thanks again guys! Will use you in the future!

We live in Danville and couldn't find anyone better to do our automatic gate doors with the design we were going for, I found these guys through reading a conversation on a Yelp photo, I messaged them, and David got back to us right away they traveled from Walnut Creek I can say few things about the crew they were professional, polite, and extremely hard workers, they are going to be doing our garage door as well. I recommend this company considerable time; we love how it came out!!!

My old garage motor quit working on me. The crew came out, diagnosed, and installed a new unit on Sunday (no overtime or extra charges for weekend appointments!).
They installed and tested new motor and my older remotes professional, clean and reliable. Also, used Signature for my electric gate tune-up last year with positive results.

I was looking for a privacy vinyl fence alongside my driveway approximately 109ft long. I got 3 estimates one from United Automatic Gates their quote wasn't the cheapest but Roy was professional helpful, knowledgeable and explained the product to give to give me confidence in knowing I made the right decision. The job was done fast and efficient in two days. The crew cleaned up after the job and now I am left with a well crafted white vinyl fence that I LOVE. I will recommend and hire again.
