Contractor guarantees that any time within a period of 5 years from substantial completion of the work, should a leak occur in the roof applied, because of faulty workmanship, Contractor will repair the work done without charge (this does not pertain to any build-up roof) provided Contractor is given reasonable notice in writing.

These services are available for self-paying customers or for customers filing an insurance claim. We can also do flat roofs, such as TPO materials and cap and base roofing.
