Physical Therapy
Our comprehensive physical therapy programs address musculoskeletal conditions, post-injury recovery, and chronic pain management. Using evidence-based techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement pattern retraining, we help patients restore function and prevent future injuries. Each treatment plan incorporates patient education about biomechanics and self-management strategies for long-term wellness.
Aquatic Therapy
Conducted at Fidalgo pool, our aquatic therapy utilizes water's buoyancy to reduce joint stress while building strength. This low-impact approach improves flexibility, balance, and coordination for patients with arthritis, back pain, or post-surgical limitations. Sessions are guided by trained professionals using specialized water-based exercises tailored to individual needs.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Specialized care for musculoskeletal injuries including sprains, fractures, and sports-related trauma. Our therapists conduct detailed biomechanical assessments, identify movement dysfunctions, and implement targeted strengthening programs. Treatment integrates pain management techniques with functional training to restore mobility and prevent re-injury through proper movement patterns.
Vestibular Therapy
Expert management of dizziness and balance disorders caused by inner ear issues like BPPV. Through comprehensive evaluations and positional testing, we identify specific vestibular dysfunctions. Treatment includes customized canalith repositioning maneuvers and balance retraining exercises to improve stability and reduce fall risk.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Structured rehabilitation programs for post-operative patients focus on tissue healing, scar management, and functional restoration. We implement progressive strengthening protocols while monitoring surgical site healing. Our therapists coordinate care with surgeons to ensure optimal recovery timelines and successful return to daily activities following procedures like joint replacements or rotator cuff repairs.

Oak Harbor physical therapy has been nothing but help, I'm like my doctors I feel like they actually care about me when I come here and they want to fix the problem not mask it. Today I went in with a new injury that was unrelated to my treatments I've been receiving, Brittany went above and beyond to help me feel better and treat what was ailing me at that moment. I've never felt more special and taken care of before I felt like I was part of the family I definitely recommend these guys if you need physical therapy look no further.

Wonderful place to heal and retrain your body. This is the best pt office and team I've ever had. They're hands on, they communicate, they worry about your mental health as well as your physical health. Everyone here is awesome. This is one of the things i look forward to every week. Thanks guys!

Oak Harbor PT has been so great! I've worked with Levi and Lindsay mostly, but everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. I had some problems with my insurance in the beginning and they were so patient with me and even called on my behalf a few times to try to get it worked out. I appreciate the great care I've received here!

This is without a doubt the best Physicai Therapy practice I have experienced. The care I am receiving is geared to my individual needs. There is either a physical therapist or exercise therapist with me for the entire session. They are continually assessing my progress and adjusting my therapy. I am making progress and learning how to deal with my condition. I look forward to every session.
