The front desk receptionist is so unprofessional that she make me waiting 3 times during my phone call for an appointment. Each time is a 2~3 min electronic music, followed by just ask one question, before I finish answer her, she plays me music again... If you are so darn busy and dont care about customer service, then I will just find another PCP.
