Bandwidth Requirements

Bandwidth starvation will affect the sound quality of your phone calls. It can also cause calls to drop or disconnect in some instances. The most common cause of this problem is that bandwidth is being used up by the computers at the location, or there are too many concurrent phone calls for the amount of bandwidth you have.
Phone displays No Service
Report
This can happen when as extension/extensions that you are having trouble with are not registering to our server. There are two things that need to be done normally to correct this. Step 1: Power cycle the affected phone/phones. This means to unplug them making sure they are powered down for about 10 seconds and then plug them back in.
