Our central air stopped working late Sunday afternoon in the middle of a heat wave and Griff's came out on short notice and got the job done. Ryan was great, he found the problem after a few short tests and within minutes we were up and going again. We couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend.

If we could put more stars we would !!!! We called Rich this morning and our system is already repaired. We were told by two competitors that we needed a complete system. Rich fixed it in less than an hour. We had no AC for nearly a month. Thank GOD that people like Rich are still in this world. DO NOT EVER CALL ANYONE ELSE !!!!!

I am astonished at the five star reviews. This company is simply not dependable. They came one time last winter when we were having trouble with our heating and we were very pleased. They advised us to get a new part on the furnace but asked us to wait and call them in the spring when they would come and install the new part. We called as instructed and despite several excuses weve been given about multiple delays still have no new part. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
