They're convenient and the staff is generally knowledgeable, available, and helpful. If they don't have what you're looking for, and you can't wait for them to order it, they can often give you a good suggestion on where to go next. These factors often make it worth the bit extra you pay.

Was looking for some specific items. When I came inside 3 people appeared not busy at the register but no one offered to help me...tried to find things on my own and still no one offered to help me ...put down what few things I found and left to go to Lowe's. Guess my business was not important which is sad as I am renovating my new home not far from here.

My husband and I go for the Case knives they have. What a selection to choose from. Very friendly employees. Go here about twice a month, until this virus locked us in. But will diffidently be going back as soon as we are able.

I love this place. Would rather pay a little extra money and get useful advice on my projects then pay less at a place like Home Depot. These people can help you with any project.
