It was already known as one of the best tests of golf in a state known for great golf tests when it became the home course of the venerable Greater Greensboro Open 1977 -2007. As the golf course matured, alterations to the course were necessary. In 2002, the job of restoring the course to all its glory was assigned to Davis Love III's Love Design Group.

Our plan is to improve your game by providing excellent quality instruction, a fun environment, and advanced technology to meet your needs. We implement instruction with games, competitions, lessons, and practice plans. A local to Greensboro, NC, Brock graduated from Greensboro College in 2011 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science.
Racquet Sports

Forest Oaks offers six lighted clay courts, and is one of the only clubs to also offer six pickleball courts. Come out and meet our Tennis Pro and Director of Racquet Sports, Michael Corthum, and elevate your skill to become the best player you can be. We hope to see you on the courts! Your member number will be needed to access the tennis and pickleball reservation system upon booking a court.
Gym

Our gym area is divided into two sections. One section is for cardio and includes two treadmills, two ellipticals, an upright stationary bike, and a recumbent stationary bike. The other section is for weight lifting and includes two adjustable gym benches, a smith machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, two barbells, TRX straps, medicine balls, a cable machine, and much more.

For over 50 years, our goal has been to please both our members and guests. We would like to invite you to utilize our clubhouse and all that it offers to celebrate no matter the occasion! Our lovely ballroom can accommodate up to 150 seated guests or 175 for a cocktail style event. Featuring floor to ceiling windows and beautiful chandeliers, our spacious ballroom is perfect for the wedding or reception of your dreams.
