Report
My dad lives in Detroit and I live out of state. So its not easy getting work done and appointments set. I called Dales transmission this morning about dropping dads truck off while I took him to VA appointment and they were very accommodating. I was called when they figured out the problem and the solution. They had it fixed before we were done with our appointment. Casey was very wonderful and we will always use Dales. Amazing customer service! Honest and Trustworthy place. Dad had another vehicle repaired there in the past and had same great service!
