Business Law
Report
Getting your company ready for potential customers can be very involved. You will need to determine the best structure for your company, prepare your corporate governance documents, and file everything with the state. In some cases, you may also be required to obtain local business permits. These are steps that must be taken before you can make your first sale.
Real Estate
Report
Real estate transactions happen as a matter of due course all over North Dakota. However, it is always a good idea to have an attorney involved in the process to help make sure your interests are protected. At our offices, we handle a variety of real estate matters including commercial and residential transactions.
Oil and Gas Rights
Report
When your property contains oil and gas, you will have numerous challenges you must face. Some of these include rights and exploration, interests and leasing, and compliance with regulations. We understand how challenging these issues can be and we understand how important it is to protect your rights during any negotiation.
Civil Litigation
Report
Disputes can arise between landlords and tenants, a contractor and client, or between insurance companies and an accident victim. In some instances, these cases can be resolved amicably but in other cases, it may be necessary to take the matter to court. When court seems to be the only answer, you will need a North Dakota civil attorney to help you with the required filings, and to represent your interests in court.
