Founded in 1946 and based in the stockyards of Chicago's west side, ATF began as a supplier of surplus World War II military fasteners. From this humble beginning, our company has grown and transformed into a global manufacturer of precision cold-formed and machined components and assemblies. Our focus on expansion began in earnest in 1989, when we acquired Frankfort Mfg, giving us the capability to make our own cold heading tooling.

ATF's leadership team is focused on creating, executing and maintaining our vision. They each have an area of expertise but work together as a team to guide the company and make decisions that are in the best interest of our shareholders and employees.
