I am shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism. We got weekly appointments for the first 2 weeks, then the therapist would text the night before our scheduled appointment to cancel. Then she would text the day of our appointment...never once calling. My wife and I asked for the name and number of her clinical supervisor, the woman text us the main # for the office!!! Eventually the supervisor called and seemed concerned, switched us to a new therapist who was great for the first 3 weeks...then the cancellations began. This place is a joke. If you truly love and care for the person in

Dont waste your time !! I shouldve learned from the past reviews !!! Waited over a half hr for my appointment, just to find out that I didnt need the appointment because it was the same one I had the week before. This was my second time in the office and I witnessed multiple people arguing and being very stressed with the front desk and other staff. Unless you are fluent in Spanish good luck !! They seem to make people more frustrated when theyre trying to get for help for themself. Please Please find another place that can handle simple tasks like making appointments! Very very disappointed

I though the staff and doctors are good. But the wait time is always horrible even with appointment they expect you to wait over an hour. They expect patients to be on time and not miss appointment but yet they never respect other peoples time.
