Our shipping rates are based on standard UPS delivery, although we reserve the right to ship with a different carrier. Shipping charges are based on a per box and per address rate. If your products will need to be shipped in multiple boxes, additional shipping rates may apply. Gift baskets are shipped one per box.

We wanted to gift our Alabama neighbors some Iowa products, so naturally, thought of Heart of Iowa Market Place. Meghan was so easy to work with, answered all my questions about the products, shelf life of the sausage, etc. We needed gluten-free items and Meghan did an excellent job of putting our gift box together. I have used this store several times in the past several years, always sending gift baskets of Iowa products to friends of mine out of state. They have a nice web site, great photos and reasonable prices. I always called in to ask questions. I was impressed by all of the various things they sell that come from or are made in Iowa, and I have lived here all my life!! The people who helped me (Kelly, the owner did once I believe) over the phone were also very polite, knowledgable about their products and happy to help me. I used Heart of Iowa Marketplace for client gifts. I had talked with the owner before ordering, and was able to communicate via email to place the orders with the ideas I'd like incorporated. Both the owner and the manager were incredibly helpful and communicative. They embodied my vision for the gifts, included my branded logo in the basket, and delivered beautiful products all within my specified budget. The baskets have a true WOW factor that my clients loved. I will be using them again and again!
