I have a heightened sense of safety and concern during this time, and I will be doing everything in my power to maintain the highest level of sanitation and safety for my clients. I will be offering the majority of my services on an outcall basis and a limited amount of appointments will be available to my home studio in Lakewood, CO.
At this time, I will not be offering any group services. I will however still offer couple massages. I will always wear a mask. All materials will be sanitized (sheets and dressings bleached) for each individual. I will be allowing for extra time between clients for these protocols to be carried out.

AIReal Yoga is the first and only form of aerial yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance. In AIReal Yoga, we use a looped fabric (hammock) that swivels freely on a single point taking you to a higher level. It allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment, and safely perform inversions.
