It is our desire to make our facilities as safe as possible during this time for both our patients and our staff. 1 - If you have symptoms of a cold, cough or shortness of breath or have had a fever above 100.3 in the last 72 hours please contact the office to reschedule your appointment. 2 - All entrants to our facilities MUST wear a mask over their mouth and nose until further notice due to the CDC healthcare guidelines.

As of now CDC healthcare guidance remains unchanged for healthcare facilities and surgical centers. We fall under both of these categories. 3 - ONLY the patient and 1 visitor, if required by the patient, will be allowed to enter the building. 4 - All patients will be required to answer screening questions upon arrival.
