I called to book a consultation and they had nothing available for two weeks. I waited the two weeks and booked my entire day around this appointment because it was an inconvenient time but it was the only one available. I want to the appointment. I was wearing my mask but they peeped through the door like I had the Black Plague. If you want to feel like you do, go to this place. Dr. Elias has been our family physician for over ten years. During our visits he listens to our concerns, and ask discerning questions to determine his diagnosis. I have been a patient of Dr. Elias for about 10 yrs. When I look for a doctor I do my research. When I choose a doctor I plan to stay with them basically forever. I like my doctors to know me on a personal level, I don't want to just be a number on a chart. I want them to know my history, it's important to me. What happened? What is the cause that affected the front office to change? This office once was efficient, helpful and friendly-now has begun dropping the ball, lack of communication and no effort toward patient care. Love the FNP, she has been terrific addressing my husband’s health issues and could not ask for more as far as that goes, and we are sincerely thankful for her - it’s the follow up for referrals, follow up appts. and obtaining authorizations that is supposed to be handled by the office staff is unacceptable. Repeating the same information over and over due to lack of attention

Dr.Elias is great. He listens to you all the way and is very caring. Best doctor I’ve ever found in town so far. Only downside is his receptionist Kelsie . She’s very rude and unprofessional. She even refuses to take down a simple message for the doctor and does nothing to try and help you out in any way. I don’t even know why they have her answering phone calls. Very unpleasant.

Maybe take time with patients concerns, instead of trying to sell BOTOX and other junk that he sells.
Even his front staff seem unhappy....never seen them smile.
Chose to leave and went to a new doc and Elias office decided to bill me for a missed appt 4 months prior. 120 days for a supposed missed appt. Good luck getting that 20 bucks.
